Terms of Service

Moments is a private platform for collecting photos and videos from guests at an event ("Service"). You ("Host") create an event, share a QR code with your guests, moderate uploads, and curate the final gallery. Plan-specific features and storage durations are described on the pricing page and in your order summary.

• You're responsible for activity under your account, including the actions of any co-hosts you invite.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
• You must provide accurate information at signup and billing time.

Photos and videos uploaded by guests ("Guest Content") remain the property of their original creators. By using Moments, you (as Host) confirm that:

• You have the right to invite those guests to upload,
• You will not approve content that infringes someone's rights or violates the law,
• You take responsibility for what ends up in the public gallery you choose to share.

Moments has the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, after notice unless the violation is severe.

You may not use Moments to:

• Upload or share illegal content,
• Harass, dox, or threaten any individual,
• Distribute malware, scrape the platform, or perform DoS attacks,
• Resell access to Moments without an authorised studio agreement,
• Bypass technical limits or security controls.

Pricing is per event. Each event you create is a one-time purchase including the hosting period of the chosen plan. There are no automatic renewals.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as fewer than 50 photos have been uploaded to the event. Refund requests should be sent to billing@moments.app.

Moments evolves. We may add features, retire features, and modify how the platform works. We won't make changes that materially reduce the functionality of a plan you've already paid for without offering an equivalent alternative or a prorated refund.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your activity creates legal risk for Moments or other users, or if required by law.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. Active event galleries will remain accessible to invitees for their remaining hosting period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moments is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us for the event in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes between Moments and consumers are subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of the consumer's place of residence within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade. For other disputes, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
