No. Guests scan a QR code or open a short link, and the upload page opens in their browser. Nothing to install.
Rejected items are removed from the moderation queue and never appear in the gallery. They are kept privately in your trash for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Correct. Each guest can upload as many photos and videos as they want. Pricing is per event, not per file.
Yes — on Signature and Luxe plans you can export the approved gallery as a ZIP at any time during the hosting period.
Essential: 30 days. Signature: 180 days. Luxe: 1 year. Extensions are available before expiry.
Always. Galleries are unlisted, links are unguessable, and only co-hosts can see pending uploads.
